Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how JHarris Advisory LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit jharrisadvisory.com (the "Website"), use our free self-assessment tools, request a report, subscribe to updates, or purchase a digital product. We are committed to handling your personal information transparently and responsibly.
By using our Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information You Directly Provide
Contact form. Your name, email address, company name, role or title, phone number where provided, and the substance of your message or inquiry.
Assessment report requests. Our self-assessments are free and display your score, readiness level, and highest-priority gap without any information from you. If you choose to receive the full written report, we collect the first name and email address you enter for that purpose.
Your assessment answers stay in your browser. The responses you enter into any self-assessment on this Website, including organization name, contact name, incident details, escalation logs, and free-text notes, are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to JHarris Advisory LLC or to anyone else. Closing the tab clears them. When you request a report, only the name and email address you type into the report form are sent to us. Your underlying answers are not.
Marketing subscription. If you opt in, your name and email address. Marketing consent is always requested separately from a report request and is never a condition of receiving your score or your report.
Purchases. When you buy a digital product we collect your name, email address, billing address, the organization named at checkout, and the order details.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited transaction data such as the last four digits of the card and the payment status.
